MOTIONS SET FOR HEARING: Any supplements to pleadings or memoranda, lists of authorities or other written document the movant desires to submit in support of motions set for hearing must be filed with the court and served on opposing counsel at least FOUR BUSINESS DAYS before the date set for hearing. Any opposition to the same must be filed with the court and served on opposing counsel at least TWO BUSINESS DAYS before the date set for hearing. Anything filed after this time will not be considered by the court.
CITATION FORMS: All citations to statutes contained in the United States Code MUST use the citation for the United States Code. For example, when citing to ERISA, the citation shall be 29 U.S.C. ' 1103. The use of parallel citations is permissible (i.e., including ERISA '403 along with 29 U.S.C. '1103).
